what you guy know bout smart phone?. Why it get additional word smart in front of phone. What are the different between smart phone and normal phone? You guy must already have one right. Recently smart phone became phenomena and trend. Even if our friend post something on facebook and got word at below like via blackberry or via iphone or via android, the word waargh!! will come out...huhu. there a lot of smart phone out there actually and keep changing. The evolution smart phone actually same like pc and laptop as tomorrow technology not same like today technology. We never can catch up!!!! unless u got a lot of money to keep change ur gadget because smart phone quite expensive =)

”Smart Phone actually is a mobile phone that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary feature phone. Smartphones and feature phones may be thought of as handheld computers integrated with a mobile telephone, but while most feature phones are able to run applications based on platforms such as Java ME, a smartphone usually allows the user to install and run more advanced applications. Smartphones run complete operating system software providing a platform for application developers. Thus, they combine the functions of a camera phone and a Personal digital assistant (PDA).Some smartphones, sometimes called NirvanaPhones, have a docking station with an external display and keyboard to create a desktop or laptop environment.Growth in demand for advanced mobile devices boasting powerful processors, abundant memory, larger screens, and open operating systems has outpaced the rest of the mobile phone market for several years.”

I done some research and list down some of example of smart phones below

Top Smart Phone 2010

1. Samsung Galaxy S
The Samsung Galaxy S is everything that's good about the Wave, but with Android power to back it up. The Super AMOLED screen is awe inspiring, and the 1GHz Hummingbird processor means the phone never misses a beat. It's one of the contenders for the top spot if the forthcoming Android 2.2 update gives it a big boost.

2. HTC Desire
The Desire is a little on the large side thanks to its 3.7-inch OLED screen, but HTC has had a look at the few foibles the Nexus One had and sorted them out. Later models have a Super LCD screen which isn't quite as vibrant as the OLED, but is still top notch for media viewing.

3. I Phone4
The iPhone 4 is certainly the most impressive iPhone ever, and a big step up from the iPhone 3GS. The flat body is only 9.3 millimetres thick, 24 per cent thinner than the iPhone 3GS at its thickest. It feels great in the hand, and at the keynote Steve Jobs remarked, "Its closest kin is a beautiful old Leica camera."By far the most in-your-face improvement is iPhone 4's 960x640 screen. It's got 326 pixels per inch, and we're talking tiny pixels, only 78 micrometers wide.
4. HTC Desire HD
From the flawless interface to the superb web browser, we fell in love with Android all over again thanks to the HTC Desire HD. The HTC Hub adds a whole new layer of functionality and customisation to proceedings, and the Fast Boot blew our socks off. Metaphorically, not literally. The camera performance is fast, the gaming experience is up there with the best - we just need some better games on the Android market now. The elements that worked well on this phone we can't praise highly enough - it has that 'playable with' factor that will have you reaching for it to read a book, watch a video or listen to a track when you're bored, not because you need to - and that's something HTC has nailed in the smartphone experience here.

 5. Google Nexus S
The first Android 2.3 phone is also one of the first with NFC capabilities and a curved Super AMOLED screen from Samsung. It's a 'Pure Google' experience, which means no messing about waiting for networks to bring you the update; if Google likes it, you'll have it.The build quality might feel a little suspect at first, but is robust enough and sits in the hand well, and that screen is just superb for the internet and media.

 6. HTC Desire Z
The Desire Z brings the screen size of the Desire, drops the processor and whacks in a QWERTY keyboard, and roars in at number 6 on our list. The solid build quality (hinge aside) and the next generation Sense UI make it a real fan favourite already, and the contract prices aren't too bad either for a top end phone.
It's chunky, granted, and some people will still look at it and decide that it's time for a touchscreen-only device - but it's still a decent phone even without the hinged keyboard.
 7. Nokia N8
This is hardware at the sharp end of nearly every category, which is sure to bring a smile to the tech-lovers' heart. It's a phone that polarises opinion though - some people prefer a snazzier user interface, which the Nokia N8 fails to deliver. Others love the power of Symbian^3 and can see past the slight lag in the ageing UI - and for them this phone is without compare. Now, though, the N8 is here, bringing all manner of high end features to a Nokia phone: 12MP camera, HD video recording, reams of internal storage and a high end media player, as well as the new Symbian^3 OS.
 8. Sony Ericson X10 mini
The clever implementation of Android with customisable corner icons and a simple yet effective keyboard means it's very easy to use this phone, and even the internet is still a good experience for the world's smallest smartphone. It's far, far better than the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, as that has issues with its keyboard and battery life as well as a much higher cost,
 9. Orange San Fransisco
It's 'only' got Android 2.1, but an upgrade is in the works, and despite that you still get a fast response from the capacitive screen and all the widgets and home screens you've come to expect from Android.
There are some trade-offs: don't buy this if you want to take quality pics or are an avid radio listener, for instance, but overall it's a super phone for the price.
10. LG Optimus 7
We've chosen the LG Optimus 7 as the pick of the Windows Phone 7 bunch simply because of the extras LG has put on the Optimus 7, including an awesome augmented reality browser that shows the weather when you point it at the sky.
The PlayTo DLNA service is ace too, making it a breeze to send content to your big screen TV, and the build quality isn't too shabby either. We're quickly loving Windows Phone 7 as a quality smartphone OS, so combine the slick response and deep feature integration of that with LG's hardware and you've got a winner.

how about the list? is there any of this phone actually are your "dream phone". Is it iphone 4? very popular one huh. You can get some of this phone in quite interesting price if sign up either with digi, celcom and maxis. So hurry up and get ur dream phone today =)
